16.3 [SP] Each competitor shall check out and check in by:
16.3.1 FOR OPEN WEEK: signing a checklist located in front of the Race Office.
16.3.2 FOR WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP: by leaving and by collecting their personal wristband, provided by the OA, at the board located in front of the Race Office.
16.4 [SP] Check out shall be done before going afloat and check in shall be done after coming back ashore within the protest time limit.

Information about the Inspection Entry Form (IIEF):

1. Sailors are required to submit their information through the online Inspection Entry Form (IIEF).
• The form can be found here: http://goo.gl/forms/DT3zPQVqvI
• Every sailor should have a set of boat documents, including measurement forms for the equipment, signed and stamped by their MNA, as well as the relevant certificate(s).
• These documents contain the information required to complete the IIEF.
• Sailors should enter the data exactly as it appears on their measurement forms and then SUBMIT the form. Once submitted, they will receive a confirmation PDF by email.
• They must PRINT this confirmation PDF and bring it with them to the event.

2. At the event measurement, sailors must present BOTH the printed IIEF confirmation PDF and all measurement forms for their equipment.

3. If any of the measurement forms have been lost —which occasionally happens—the Technical Committee can remeasure the equipment before the event. This service will involve an additional cost for the sailor.
However, this does not apply to the hull. Only sails, appendages, and spars may be remeasured.
